1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bloom & Petal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available exclusively within the Mysore region. A flat delivery fee of ₹50 applies to all orders. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
3. Payment
All payments are processed via UPI. By placing an order, you confirm that payment has been completed. Bloom & Petal reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is not received.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Upon cancellation, refunds will be processed within 6–7 business days to the original payment method. Once an order is Out for Delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness of all bouquets for 7 days from the delivery date. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your orders. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
7. Changes to Terms
Bloom & Petal reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
